Recommended Use:

Preparation: Mix 14 g of powder (2 scoops, included) with 300-400 ml of cold water in a shaker and enjoy. Consume in the morning for sustained energy, or drink before training to enhance fat burning.

Note: Contains Caffeine (100 mg/day serving) and Synephrine (21 mg/day serving). Not suitable for minors, pregnant or lactating women, individuals with high blood pressure or cardiovascular diseases. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication. Discontinue use if symptoms of restlessness or nervousness occur. Do not exceed 21 mg of Synephrine per day from any source.
