Consumption recommendation of the manufacturer
Perfect Base: For maximum effect, we recommend you mix and consume a portion of 30 g powder (2 level measuring spoons, inside) with 400 ml water once a day, preferably in the morning.
Perfect Pre: For maximum effect, we recommend that you mix a portion of 36 g powder (2 level measuring spoons, inside) with 400 ml water in a shaker and consume approx. 30 minutes before your workout.
Note: Do not exceed the specified daily intake. Food supplements are no substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children. No more than 800 mg of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) per day should be consumed from all food sources. Should not be consumed if other green tea products are consumed on the same day.
