Preparation
For one serving, mix 19 g of powder, about one measuring spoon, with 500 ml of water in a shaker.

Recommendation
For optimal support, you should take the booster shortly before training, this can maximize energy and focus. Do not take the Crank Booster on non-training days and make sure not to exceed the daily intake!

Tip
Shake the product vigorously before opening for the first time. After opening, loosen the powder in the can with a spoon every day to prevent hardening.

Keep in mind

This pre-workout booster contains caffeine to increase focus and muscle endurance. Keep this in mind if you're working out later in the evening.
