How exactly can it support you? The combination of whey isolate and PeptoPro® gives your muscles optimal high-protein support 1 : The high-quality casein peptides in PeptoPros®, which have been obtained from milk protein and hydrolyzed for easier digestibility and protein absorption, contain all the amino acids needed for muscle protein synthesis. These molecules are so small that they do not need to be digested and can be quickly absorbed by the body to reach the muscles immediately 2 . PeptoPros® is perfectly complemented by high-quality whey protein isolate, which, as a whey protein, impresses with its particularly high protein content as an optimal boost for your muscles. Thanks to this combination, you get up to 31 g of protein with each serving of Recharge 3 .

Keep in mind:Proteins are an important support for building and maintaining muscle 1 and also keep you full for longer - this is ideal for dieting phases, for example. We recommend a daily intake of around 2 g of protein per kg of body weight.

In addition to the high protein power, Recharge contains a carbohydrate matrix with the patented Cluster Dextrin®, which supports your body in replenishing glycogen stores. In addition, the post-workout shake contains a special amino acid formula made from L-glutamine, arginine AKG, citrulline malate and glycine and the patented Creapure® creatine.
